Requirements

You Might Be the Perfect Fit if You: 

• Meet the minimum state teacher requirements which involves holding a High School Diploma or its equivalent. Education in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and experience within a licensed center is a big plus!
• Have genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances. 

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of working with children. 
• CDA, TCC in early childhood education specialties, a TCD, or any college degree in ECE or Child Develpment
• Have experiencein in a licensed childcare center.

Responsibilities

Your Role as a Lead Teacher: 

We're looking for enthusiastic educators, like YOU, who are committed to creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive. Your primary focus will be leading classrooms, guiding young learners while prioritizing their safety and well-being. You'll also plan engaging activities that promote growth across various areas of development and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication.
